ACTIVITIES IN VAL DI SOLE

Experience Val di Sole slowly, immersing yourself in nature fully enjoying all it has to offer Here’s what you can do during your vacation:

  • Walks: Discover Val di Sole through its woods on easy walks
  • Easy trekking: If you prefer to discover the most fascinating side of the mountains, try a beautiful hike in the mountains surrounding the valley
  • Cycle path: It starts from Mostizzolo and takes you to Cogolo di Peio, a total of 34 km closed to traffic and 664 m of elevation gain. You can travel by train or bus, loading your bike at stops near the cycle path
  • Rafting: According to National Geographic magazine, the Noce is the best river for water sports in Europe. Are you ready to challenge its waters? There are four rafting centers: X-Rafting in Mezzana, Extreme Waves in Commezzadura, Trentino Wild in Dimaro, and Ursus Adventures in Ossana.
  • Outdoor wellness: pamper yourself by walking barefoot in the Stelvio National Park or along the Kneipp path in Rabbi (San Bernardo).V

Visit the Rabbi Valley to explore the Stelvio National Park. The vivid, fragrant green of the pastures and hayfields, along with the forests, and the absence of ski lifts, create a sense of intimacy for those who truly love the mountains and unspoiled nature.

  • the Valorz, Ragaiolo (with its famous suspension bridge), and Saent waterfalls
