Services Included

Use of the fully furnished apartment complete with kitchen equipment, blankets, pillows, dishes, color TV, washing machine, hot and cold water, electricity, heating, taxes, Wi-Fi, Trentino Guest Card.

Tourist tax (€1.50 per person per day, excluding children up to 14 years old)
Kitchen linens (please bring your own)
Bed linens and towels (sheets, pillowcases, towels) optional rental at €12.00 per person per change, must be booked before arrival
Mandatory final cleaning €75.00 per apartment (kitchenette and dishes are cleaned by the guest)
Refundable security deposit €100.00 per apartment
Pet fee €35.00/week (small/medium-sized pets are allowed upon request and confirmation)
Baby cots are not available; please bring your own.

Cancellation Policy and Penalties

From the 30th to the 20th day before arrival: 30% of the stay.
From the 20th to the 10th day before arrival: 50% of the stay.
From the 10th to the 3rd day before arrival: 75% of the stay.
From the 3rd day before arrival: 100% penalty.
